About Me
My wife Stephenie and I were both born in Muskego and have lived here our entire lives. We have seen all the growth and every change that has occurred in Muskego over the last 40+ years. We are raising 5 amazing children, with our oldest being 19 and our youngest is just 7. We live on about 6 acres and we raise chickens, ducks, and turkeys. We have two cattle dogs and a couple of cats. My wife raises monarch butterflies throughout Summer. We tap maple trees on property in the Spring for syrup. We have wild deer, turkey, cranes, and all other manner of wildlife.
We love that we have this country living option in this city. I believe Muskego is a desirable place to live for several simple reasons. It is a community where people want to raise a family. It has good schools, nice parks, plenty of business, and nice community events. But most importantly, the community is safe. Another plus is that Muskego has relatively lower property taxes compared to other communities of our size. There are some in Muskego that will never be satisfied with what Muskego has become, and will always reach for your wallet in the never-ending quest to make it “better”. I believe the people of Muskego like that there is still a little bit of country in this city. No place is that more evident than District 6, where we have some of the largest, most rural areas of this city. We enjoy big lots, country roads, farm fields, snow mobile trails.
My goal is to preserve the ability to live here peacefully, safely, with the lowest taxes possible. To reject wasteful spending or efforts to turn our community into something it’s not.”
